Contact
One address for everything: contact.imgfix@gmail.com. The sections below are just a guide to what makes a message easy to act on.
Corrections to a specification
The most valuable message you can send. Include the page, what is wrong, and a link to the official government or examination-body source that shows the correct figure. Corrections backed by an official link get applied; ones without a source cannot be, for the same reason the figure was not published in the first place.
Requesting a country or portal
There are countries and exam portals missing from this site, and the sources page lists the ones we tried and could not verify. If you can point to an official page stating the requirements — particularly for Australia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nigeria, or the IBPS scanning guidelines — that unblocks a page immediately.
Privacy questions
The privacy policy covers the substance: your images never leave your browser, and we hold no personal data. If you have a question it does not answer, or a data-protection request you believe applies, send it to the same address with "Privacy" in the subject line.
Everything else
Bugs, a tool that failed on a particular file, or anything not covered above.
What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you whether your specific photo will be accepted, check a photo for you, or advise on an application. img-fix is not affiliated with any government, immigration authority or examination board, and has no standing to speak for one. The office receiving your application is the only body that can answer those questions — and they are usually happy to, if you ask before submitting rather than after.
Please also do not email us photographs. We do not want them, we would rather not receive them, and the whole point of the site is that nobody needs to send one anywhere.
